Welcome to the New Arrowhead Stadium! Tours will begin Thursday, September 9th.  Public tours are offered most Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. during the Chiefs regular season. Tours of Arrowhead offer guests a behind-the-scenes look into the Hall of Honor, Press Box, Broadcast Booth, Luxury Suites, Playing Field, and more!

Public Tours
Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. They are available for purchase in the Team Store located at the Founders Plaza on the north side of Arrowhead Stadium. No reservations are required. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the tour to allow for check-in.

Public tours are available on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

Private Tours
Private tours are available and recommended for groups of 10 people or more. Please be advised that all group tours must be booked two weeks in advance. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all group tours. Group tours will not be given on major holidays, event days, or game days. Tour Rates
Adults - $10

Seniors (65+)/Military - $8

Child (4-12 years of age) - $5

Child (3 & under) – Free (Must be accompanied by a paying adult)

Chaperones: 1 for every 20 students is FREE

Payment
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) and cash are accepted. We do not accept checks. Receipts will be provided. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all group tours.

Cancellation/Rescheduling
Arrowhead Stadium tours will proceed rain or shine. If there is a need to cancel, you must call to reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. There are no refunds.

Tour Information
• Tours will last approximately 1 ½ hours. Comfortable shoes are recommended.

• Please note tour routes and times are subject to change based on event schedules.

• Tours will not be available on event days and major holidays.

• No food or beverages will be permitted on tours other than one sealed, 20 oz. or smaller bottle of water per person.

• Each guest will be able to walk next to the field around the warning track. No guests are permitted to walk on the grass.

• Kansas City Chiefs merchandise is available for purchase prior to and at the conclusion of your tour.

Parking
Parking is free in Lot M for all tour guests on non-event days. Click here to view/print map (PDF). Note this includes Kansas City Royals home games. If the Kansas City Royals are playing at home, tours will available but Kansas City Royals parking rates will apply in all lots.

Arrowhead Security Procedures
All tour guests will be required to follow the Chiefs Fan Code of Conduct and security procedures as outlined on the following link. Groups needing to bring medical supplies, first aid kits, etc. must make arrangements prior to the day of the tour by calling 816.920.4540.

Special Needs
In order to make your group experience at Arrowhead Stadium enjoyable, please note any special needs your group might have on your Tour Request Form. If a special need arises after you have returned your form, please call 816.920.4540 or email tours@goarrowhead.com prior to the start of your tour.
